As a native of Manaus, I can say that the menu really presents typical foods. They are very well made, including the tacacá and the fish. I felt that the waiters lacked more knowledge about the food, but in general they served well. I asked one if the Matrinxã we ordered was 'ticado ' and it was clear he had never heard that word. Despite this, the Matrinxã baked in banana leaves was delicious.
