One of the best restaurants in São Paulo in my opinion. We went for dinner, we ordered the saúva ant in foam with cassava (R$ 28) and shrimp baos (R$ 34) as a starter. I had never tried sauva ants, so I found it a very interesting experience, the ant is fed with mint, so it had a refreshing mint taste. The cassava foam looked like a puree, I think it's really cool to order at least once to try it. The shrimp baos were very tasty. As a native of Manaus, I can say that the menu really presents typical foods. They are very well made, including the tacacá and the fish. I felt that the waiters lacked more knowledge about the food, but in general they served well. I asked one if the Matrinxã we ordered was 'ticado ' and it was clear he had never heard that word. Despite this, the Matrinxã baked in banana leaves was delicious. I really liked the food. I had never tried food from the Amazon. I recommend the tacacá, shrimp and pirarucu bao and the green leaf salad. I didn't really like the goat cheese. What an amazing place. The food was delicious, the service amazing, and the atmosphere perfect. Lots of attention to detail.
