Am Steinplatz

We were at lunch. Fixed 2 week card with interesting offer (I had for example cattle heart when you find it on the map) and good price performance ratio. The perfect service took over the quirky sommelier with very beautiful open wines, even though I find 9 EUR for the 0.1 glass somewhat too expensive. When eating, I take off a star, as the aromas should have been more subtle: the sauce of the Japanese-inspired appetizer had simply got too much soy and sugar, the potato slices of the main course too much acidity. That didn't make the food very pleasant to me. All in all, however, a real recommendation. You'd like to come to dinner again.
