After several years because of Covid restrictions, it is wonderful that A Tramula is still strong. Definitely the best place to eat real local dishes in Evisa instead of fake for tourists. Wonderful selection of dishes and...big flavors. Many ingredients come from the area, and from the garden of owners children. The English the owner is not too good, but there are problems with the communication that the cook always helps. Good view from the terrace, but there early for a table (starts the serving of evening meal at 6.30)

This place looked like your average pub, but you shouldn't judge a book with his cover. They served a medium grilled pork with various tasty secondary dishes. But the highlight of this meal was the dessert. I had the Crème brûlée à la châtaigne... and it was just so good.

Allés pour un café, cognac et gâteau relaxant. Deuxième visite en deux jours avant et après de longues promenades. Service amical, rapide avec bonne humeur. Thé délicieux aux figues et amandes et belle eau-de-vie locale. Belle vue. Une bonne trouvaille.

twice a week for cold drink, then coffee and cake. A warm welcome, wide selection of cakes (fig and almond tart especially good) and good coffee. Small terrace overlooking the valley, but shaded, the sun.

Local Corsican food made like real and traditional home food, very tasty and made with spirit and taste of Cordica! Magnigic!
