Bar Restaurante La Manduca

We were eating yesterday January Sunday and we got out. We had left the mobiles at home to be quiet without realizing that we were going to need it to see the letter. The waitress advised us without any trouble. I got to deal with a real professional who knows what he sells. I don't put stars because we asked for second the mature meat that advised us and although it came perfectly to the point that we had asked (very little done) without being cold inside, the piece was not well clean and profiled from the dry parts that remain after ripening. I guess it would be a cooking mistake, but it prevented the enjoyment of our food from being complete. instead the octopus on the plate that we order...

I was taking some reeds on Sunday, attentive staff, which I got the most was the heated terrace, maybe it would be better if it were more closed (I was working air for one of the ends) but I understand that for the cove there should be ventilation. I was happy and with a good taste of the appetizer.

the tapas bar the manduca is located in the city of guadalajara and enjoys an excellent location as it is easily accessible from the city center and thus the main attractions. once you can enjoy both a delicious beer or tap vermouth and an excellent bakery.
