There are many different approaches for Italy in Bremen, but Bellini takes the traditional route and makes a very nice work. As part of a group I was aware that the people who ordered the fish options seemed to enjoy them a little more than the port of cattle. The salads and excellent and huge and the soups are made with special care. The Tiramisu was a real disappointment, but it is usually outside of Italy.
