I will not return to this average restaurant again. My first visit began with the manager trying to force my 10-year-old daughter to sit elsewhere at our table so she could be more comfortable. He was adamant that she move, but I had to intervene and explain that she preferred her seat. Just two minutes later, he returned and demanded that we place our order immediately. Probably some of the best Turkish in London. For 20 years I have been going here and I can confidently say that only one or two other Turkish restaurants in London are as good. The food is incredible fresh, delicious, authentic and all prepared in house every day. No bought in pre prepared cheap meat or non authentic dishes here. Only the best of the best. You can see and taste the quality of the meat, the fresh made spice mixes and the expert cooking. This is our go to Turkish restaurant for eat in and takeaways. During lockdown we have been trying to lose weight as we are not going on holiday or going out to eat. Saturday night is our treat night ....bottle of wine and a healthy Turkish takeaway from Baran. They know us by now that we don’t like too much oil and we usually have chicken , lamb, grilled onions and sometimes we have their mixed grill.it is always hot and tasty and comes with salad , bread and sauces. We would of course recommend this restaurant if you like Turkish food.
Mediterranean restaurant doing mostly Turkish and some Greek meals like Kleftico and Moussakka. I had Turkish which was really yummy. Cacik to start very nice, served with charcoalled bread which was very tasty and followed by Boneless chicken thighs which were extremely succulent. They only do one dessert (rice pud) served cold but also nice taste and there is also complimentary baklava and Turkish delight. A VERY PLEASANT MEAL THE BEST i HAVE HAD FOR A LONG TIME. Also good value. Would definitely go there again if in the area.

Yilmaz provided excellent service, being very polite and taking great care of us. I have been dining here for 15 years and Yilmaz's service is the best I have ever experienced. The food was also outstanding, as always.
