I visited Baran Restaurant for the first time a couple of weeks ago together with my better half. Booked a table over their website, booking works perfectly. When we entered Baran restaurant, I felt a cozy, friendly and warm welcoming atmosphere mixed with oriental music and enteriour. Restaurant staff is very friendly, polite and professional. We ordered 2 hot starters, 2 main courses and a bottle of wine. Absolutely every single bite of everything we ordered was made to a very high standard with fresh and quality ingredients. Yesterday evening, we decided to give this restaurant a try based on good reviews. We were not disappointed. The food was excellent; we started with the cold meze which was delicious and very fresh, though there was perhaps too much of it. For our main course, we had the Kofte minced chicken kebab and we loved it. The only thing we didn't enjoy was the thick, stodgy bread. We would have preferred the thin Turkish bread or even better, the puffer bread. We highly recommend trying this restaurant!

Food was exceptional even during a quiet weekend lunch service. Staff were friendly and super-attentive and the local dishes were prepared with great care and skill resulting in a succession of delicious mouthfuls. Surely one of the best Turkish restaurants in North London. Highly recommended A .

I love this restaurant, it's my go-to spot and I'm always happy to come back. The lamb shish is amazing and doesn't have any unpleasant smell. The atmosphere and service are great, and we always leave with a smile on our faces.
Food was nice and tasty but I'm used to larger portions in Turkish restaurants. Staff were friendly and attentive, laid back which was nice as we were in a relaxed mode. It was a late lunch at 2 pm, so chilled environment
Easy to find location, Excellent food and services, price reasonable. Toilet clean too. Nothing to complaint about, must try if you haven't been.
Delicious traditional dishes.. Our plates were filled with flavorful and fresh food! We highly recommend it!
