Barbara's Italian

Dined here with my 17 yo daughter after a friend recommended this restaurant. Started with a tasty bruschetta; Mains - my lasagne with salad was just right, the margherita pizza my daughter had was delicious. Desserts - Creme brulee and vanilla bean panacotta were both top shelf. I've dined in some of the top end Italian restaurants in the city and this restaurant matched any of them in my opinion. The decor in the restaurant is understated... not overdone... just right... they let the food grab you. Staff very attentive and friendly. Will be booking my daughter's 18th birthday here for sure.

I have eaten at Barbara's Italian Restaurant several times now. My daughter rated the Fettuccine al Granchio the best pasta she has ever consumed. The wood fired pizzas are second to none, while the choice of mains makes it difficult to choose which one to have, as all are made with love and packed with true Italian ingredients and cooked to perfection.I am sorry to say Lusso, you have lost your top spot in Rouse Hill as the best Italian in the area.If I could eat out every night, this is the degustation destination.Will be back again and again and again.........................

We went with a group of 40+ people and we had an Italian Banquet ie plates of salad followed by plates of different pasta and pizzas all to share.All of the food was good and very plentiful, nobody went away saying they were hungry. it was BYO which means you are not forced to buy wine at over the top prices.In all a great night we will return on our own to try the other fare

We went to dinner on Sat for 6 of us. Between us we had a mixed combo of entree, mains, desserts wine and coffee. All lovely and even on a busy night great service from the staff. Highly recommended.
