Enttäuschung zum Muttertag Wir hatten uns zum Muttertag zwei Stück Rhabarberkuchen von der Barbarossa Bäckerei Bad Dürkheim Römerplatz gegönnt – leider ein großer Fehler. Der Kuchen war völlig überbacken, teils sogar verbrannt. Der Boden war hart, trocken und geschmacklich kaum genießbar. Selbst der Rhabarber war stellenweise schwarz und viel zu hart – wie man es schafft, Obst zu verbrennen, bleibt mir ein Rätsel. Geschmacklich war der Kuchen insgesamt eine Katastrophe und hätte in diesem Zustand niemals verkauft werden dürfen. Für einen Feiertag wie den Muttertag besonders schade – da erwartet man Qualität und Sorgfalt. Hier fühlte ich mich als Kundin/Kunde einfach nur enttäuscht. Schade um...
We chose this bakery/café as a meeting place with my friend, as it was the first place in the morning I found and thought if we don't like it there, we can always find something else. After all, we had no reason to change. We have...a standard barbarossa coffee, a very friendly and patient staff and beautiful seating. Unfortunately, it was too early after breakfast so we did not try out any of their great looking cakes. Maybe next time...

Leckerer Café und Kuchen. Gebäck ziemlich teuer. Bedienung sehr nett. Jedoch sind zu wenig Bedienungen vor Ort, deshalb lange Wartezeit. Selbstbedienung. Der Inhaber sollte mehr Personal einstellen, was bei den Preisen kein Problem sein dürfte. Die Bedienung gibt sich Mühe und sind sehr nett.
Ich persönlich finde manche vom Personal etwas unfreundlich. Dann durften Hunde mal rein und 14 später nicht mehr da sich eine Kundin beschwert hätte . Wegen einer Kundin wieder alles auf Hundeverbot finde ich persönlich übertrieben.
Eine Schlange von Kunden, nur 1 Bedienung, schlecht gelaunt. Man hat das Gefühl, dass man sich entschuldigen muss, da zu sein und zur Last zu fallen. Werde mich anderweitig orientieren.
Ich werde immer freundlich bedient und Brot und Brötchen schmecken mir sehr gut. Dem idt nichts hinzuzufügen.

Der Service eine Katastrophe so unfreundlich. Werde da nie wieder hingehen, obwohl das Essen schmeckt!!!
