I had an incredible experience at this restaurant, which serves authentic South American cuisine. I celebrated my birthday there, and they even closed the restaurant for my family and friends. I had over 40 guests, and everyone had nothing but positive feedback. Every time I dine here, I leave feeling satisfied, happy, and full of love. This place is definitely my favorite restaurant on the Gold Coast. The staff is incredibly friendly and always makes me and my guests feel at home. A big thank you to the entire team for the delicious meal today—many blessings to you all! I highly recommend the vegan nachos, and Chef Kevin is truly a genius in the kitchen!
The cafe setting looked nice and inviting, with an appealing menu. Counter staff were friendly enough. Unfortunately I waited almost an hour for fruit toast and raised this with counter staff. The redeeming factor was they prioritised my order straight away. I did see the people who ordered before me also complain about their meals taking too long while plenty of others were being delivered. If they cab get on top of excessive wait times I'm sure it would be lovely.
JUST DON’T DO IT!!! Slow does not even begin to describe the service. We got a hint of what was going on when the table behind us said their order was lost. Ours also was lost, and we regret waiting over an hour, watching others eat that had ordered before us, before we asked where our meal was. Seemed like a missed opportunity, as those reviewers that actually ate seemed to like the food. BTW, the only reason this review rates a ‘1’ is that zero wasn’t an option.
OMG! Super slow service, took over 40mins to deliver some nachos, they didnt even make 2 of the meals which made it 50mins to eventually get all our meals, ordered sour cream with the meals which came 25mins after the first meals were delivered after asking 3 times for it.One family left without getting a meal because they couldnt wait any longer.If i could give zero stars i would. Not eating here again...

I genuinely wanted to enjoy this restaurant. It had a great start, but unfortunately, two out of three lunch orders were incorrect. I attempted to explain the issue to the waitress, but there were communication barriers that made it difficult to resolve. On a positive note, I highly recommend the loaded chips!
we ordered the Venezuelan grande arepa and the pulled beef patacon and they were both amazing, beef was tasty and juicy.Staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely going back when back on The Gold Coast.
This was some of the best and most authentic South American food I've had in Australia. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the food was outstanding. I can't recommend this place highly enough!
Good selection of products in deli. Ordered breakfast pancakes. They were terrible however which was very disappointing
