Expectations not met ... no Sunday lunches on offer was told when we arrived “we haven’t anything left “ this was at 5.45 ?? They had tried to ring us and I checked missed call at 5.40 but Was driving unable to answer phone a bit short notice anyway! Not good really saying it was Sunday and advertised as one of the main options on the daily menu “bad management “ we did order another option and it was nicely presented and very tasty but steak served on a wooden platter Doesn’t work when you order sauce as a side just got messy.. on requesting our bill and ready to pay we was then told they couldn’t take card payments and was taking cash only !!! Why tell you at the end of your meal ? Embarra...
Good offer on Wednesday , staff were great however we were booked by 7 the fish cakes had sold out then when we came to order dessert, desserts had sold out then we had already ordered 1 bottle of red wine and when we went to order another there was no red wine left!! Staff did their best but I'm not quite sure restaurant were prepared due to a number of items being unavailable
The meal was decent, but the fried dinner was served lukewarm. I had to wait a long time for extra sauce for my steak, and when it finally arrived, I discovered that they only accepted cash for the bill at that moment.
This restaurant is beautifully designed and offers an excellent price-performance ratio. We enjoyed the fried dinner, which came highly recommended, and it certainly lived up to expectations.

This is a delightful restaurant that offers fantastic value for money. We enjoyed the roast dinner, which was absolutely beautiful. I would definitely recommend it!
came here to celebrate friends, my man's birthday. the service was great, the staff very helpful and friendly and the food was nice and a good value for money. x
Food was ok but roast dinner was only warm waited s long time for additional sauce for the steak but it was taken of the bill cash only at the till.
Great restaurant. 1 steak under cooked but that is being picky. The staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent value and would recommend to anyone.
