always great! they enjoy their pizza and pasta since they opened about 50 years ago. taste the pasta jumbalaya and thin crust pizza. truly the better of the best. update: I just came to the chicken tetrazzini we ordered. lower thing for most, but I was disappointed. I expect tetrazzini to be served with spaghetti. they served him with a pen. next time I order it with spaghetti. something else! I haven't had a lasagne for decades. we ordered it tonight and it is claras and maggianos superior!
this place is like a warm hug. I have been enjoying barones pizza for 4 years. the perfect mix of eating and nostalgia for me. in all honesty, although barones has the best chicago tavern style pizza in the world! if I have ever visitor from the city and they think that they want deep dish, I take it here with real pizza in the style of chicago. the customer service has always been top notch. I'm sad that we'll get out of the area soon, that'll be one of the places I miss most.
It was Friday evening and the house was full which shows popularity of the place but our server seemed a little flustered with too many people to serve.We ordered margherita pizza which had nice thin crust and balanced tomato based flavor. I would give it 4/5. Lazio salad had overpowering flavors and not so tasty. I’ve been here before many years ago for a group dining and the food experience was better. I think next time I will stick with dishes they make best.
I ordered a Valentine's pizza and it had double dough, which I found unpleasant. When I called to inquire, they explained that the heart-shaped pizzas are all made with double dough, likely pre-made. I was disappointed with this information. Additionally, I had a party in January where I ordered 3 extra-large pizzas and they were not good. Everyone at the party was disappointed with the quality of the pizzas. Overall, not a good experience. Réservez une table maintenant
lasagna and auberginenparmesan were good. the spaghetti and meatballs were not good, edgy like sauce, and the meatballs were some of the worst meatballs I ever had. but they accused the court. the personal and the waitress were very nice, I would recommend this place, but not the spaghetti and meatballs, stay away from the, far away.
Excellent appetizers and Pizza!!! Love the. Atmosphere and our waitress was very friendly and attentive!. They have a Great selection of crafts. Will definitely be back!!!
The Alfredo pizza at this restaurant with fresh mushrooms, basil, and spinach is absolutely incredible! I would give it 5+ stars, it's the best of the best.
I ordered a large thin crust pizza with pepperoni and mushrooms. I enjoyed it, but I didn't love it, especially considering the price of $24. Réservez une table maintenant
