Barra De Jose Alvarez

We returned after we have had several great dinners over the last years. The service and food was impeccable as always. This time we were served by Jose Zaragoza, who advised us on the wine. We selected our favorite Spanish wine, Aalto and he gave lots of interesting background information about it. The food was even more amazing than pre-Covid. Very original, creative and tasteful. The hand of Jose Alvarez, Michelin star chef, is very present. The interior makes you feel you are on a special night out. We have visited many Michelin star restaurants around the world, and this restaurant exceeds our expectations every time. In fact, we immediately made another reservation and will return tonight with our friends.

Experiencia increible. Pedimos muchos platos, todos buenisimos entre los que detacamos las berenjenas en dos texturas, las almejas, las colas de gambon y los salmonetes con setas. La atencion ha sido excelente, tiempos perfectos, asesoramiento impecable por ambos metres y camareros. Vino sugerido por copas excepcional. Nos ha encantado y si podemos volvemos esta misma semana a probar mas cosas de la carta. Nos fuimos encantados

Como siempre una visita a la Barra de José Álvarez es un placer para los sentidos olor, vista, tacto y como no gusto, acompañado por un tratamiento cercano por su equipo como no desea volver a disfrutar de nuevo.
