Service was great.. friendly and quick we got a table inside and it was not very packed the food was amazing... the Italian meatballs and sauce was a little average.. but the pork belly tacos are a definite recommendation its full of flavor with big chunks of pork belly. *apologies for the poor picture of the taco..they looked so good I couldn't resist and actuslly forgotto take a picture! Also ordered the oven baked stuffed mushrooms with vegetables and blue cheese.. the blue cheese was surprisingly mild and went well with the mushroom.The beer battered onion rings were also surprisingly good. Barr’d has fantastic service and incredible staff. My partner and I have been here a number of times and the ambience is great, and the food is normally really nice also. Unfortunately the last time wasn’t so good. The saganaki was extremely dry and way more salty then usual, the fries were cold and the quinoa salad was dr and brand. Maybe it was just an off night and the management is so great I thought I message like this may just help with the staffing in the kitchen.

This restaurant is a wonderful place to enjoy an evening. The menu offers a wide variety of options that cater to a range of tastes with elegance and skill. The tapas are especially delicious. The bar has a fantastic selection of craft beers, cocktails, and four great beers on tap. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a top bar in the area!

This is a fantastic restaurant close by! We've only dined here once, but it was a great experience. I can't wait to go back and try the bombas, which unfortunately were sold out when we visited. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is lively, and the food is scrumptious. To top it off, the manager even treated us to complimentary fried haloumi chips! Réservez une table maintenant

Barr’d wine and tapas bar in Ivanhoe. Small and cosy ambience and friendly staff with good service. Definitely a good place for dinner. They serve tapas and burgers. I like the pork belly and beef steak tacos and egg plant.

I always enjoy visiting this place, whether it's for a tasty dinner or some relaxing drinks. It's a great discovery considering its hidden location. This is definitely my favorite restaurant.
