Bartella's Coffee House

It was a real shame to see that when the government regulations were eased with regards to c this cafe chose to ignore them. I eat and drink out regularly and 99.9% of the establishments that I visit have made a conscious effort to ensure things are as close to 'normal ' as can be whilst taking safety measure seriously. This cafe is an exception with the whole area being covered in plastic screening creating an uncomfortable and very unsociable atmosphere. Safety is important, common sense and the customer experience is also important. This cafe needs to address the balance!!!

Visited here on Saturday 14th with my daughter. Greeted by a helpful young lady who showed us to a table......near to the amazing cakes!! I chose gluten free avocado sandwich....treat for me as gf bread is generally gross but this was lovely. Daughter has the sweet chilli chicken wrap......she loved it. She also had hit chocolate and I had an Americano. I'm really fussy about coffee but this didn't disappoint as it was strong and rich in flavour. We cannot wait to visit again!

I had a wonderful experience at this coffee shop. The ambiance is charming with careful lighting and beautiful artwork giving it a sophisticated touch. The staff is friendly, patient, and accommodating. The meals are well-prepared and nicely balanced. I was able to enjoy two and a half cups of tea from one pot, making it great value for money.

My absolute favourite place to eat and catch up with my friends and family. I adore the staff, so friendly and welcoming, always answering any questions i have and taking the time to make conversation. I can never fault the food, always fresh to order and an amazing selection of cakes! The best place for breakfast, lunch and take always! Réservez une table maintenant

We love it here. We have visited several times and always find service friendly welcoming and professional. The food is well presented and delicious. The cafe is smallish but very comfortable. Cake display is behind glass/clear plastic preventing it being breathed upon. Highly recommend this little gem.

This coffee house has a lovely atmosphere to it. With careful lighting and artwork displayed it has a sophisticated feel. The staff are helpful, patient and understanding. Meals are well presented and balanced and I got two and a half cups of tea out of the pot, so very good for value.

I’ve had lunch in Bartella’s with a friend and I can only say that the experience was amazing. We had a falafel salad each and it was delicious. The stuff was lovely and very attentive. All in all, a great experience highly recommended.

The service at this restaurant is outstanding, with friendly staff. I tried the Mediterranean stack breakfast special and it was incredibly delicious. I highly recommend checking this place out if you haven't already. Réservez une table maintenant

We were attended to by a very friendly lady. I ordered scrambled eggs and salmon on a bagel, along with a cup of tea. We all really enjoyed our meals and I would highly recommend this restaurant.

What a find. A great choice of sandwiches, toasties etc. good value and friendly service. Stayed for cake too which was gorgeous. Highly recommend!
