Wow. Blown away. I ordered catering for 16 people and loved everything about our order. We got pulled pork, barbecue chicken, beans, potato salad mac and cheese and everything came packaged well, hot and delicious. The potato salad definitely stood out. It was one of the best we have had in a while. Even the beans were so so good! Definitely will be ordering again. Thank you so much!! Chicken was amazing. The rub was perfect. Brisket was also great. Potato Salad was different, but not like you won't get invited to the cook out different. Mac'n Cheese was creamy and delicious. For randomly being on a road trip stopping based on the smell and the giant pig in the front, it was worth it.
Basil and Bones was part of our first annual Spring Fling/Food Truck event in our neighborhood. Of all the trucks at our event Basil and Bones had the longest line and all of our residents raved about their food. We can't wait to have them back again next year!
If you haven't tried them you need to. not only is the food amazing the way they treat customers can't be matched! they go above and beyond!! Thank you! PS ...there is no skimping on food! You get more than you pay for.
