However, the pricing is what holds this place back a bit. Eleven dollars for two regular soufflé pancakes feels a bit steep; I’d expect it to be around seven to eight dollars. It would make more sense if they allowed for price increases with additional toppings or variations, like a custard upgrade. But the pricing structure here is a bit different, which is a letdown. Because of this, I would only return if I was really craving it.

I finally got around to visiting one of my favorite dessert spots. I absolutely love their soufflé pancakes and ube waffles. However, during this visit, the waffle was crispy and overcooked, making it tough to chew instead of having that perfect soft inside with a slightly crispy exterior. On a positive note, I tried the ube latte for the first time and found it to be quite enjoyable. Many ube lattes I've had in the past have struggled to capture the true ube flavor and often taste overly strong. Found this cute little gem at The Source OC in Buena Vista. Great Tea and Coffee place with the added benefit of a cozy ambiance. Why only 4 stars? I wanted a strawberry Soufflé and was told that it’s not on the menu. While waiting for our food, SEVERAL Strawberry Soufflé were taken to other tables. This deserves -1 star. The food was pretty good. We may come back to try other items. It’s a bit pricey, but worth every penny. Also, all of the books you see in the book shelves are tea product that can be purchased. Cute, right!? Enjoy!
The food was great and the service was fast. I was looking for the Tiramisu Souffle pancake, but they didn't. We have the Banana Souffle pancakes and Strawberry Souffle pancakes. I was surprised with the souffle pancakes, they were so soft and fluffy. The pudding or cream she put on her was not too sweet, it was just right. The Matcha Strawberry tea was also good.

Great Eggs Benedict. I love that the muffin is slightly sweet but not too much. The soufflé was great too. The matcha bitterness is not too overwhelmed by the sweetness.
Charming tea house with a diverse menu. We stopped by for lunch and savored the eggs Benedict, as well as the ham and cheese croissant.
Good teas. Wide selections. Good desserts to go with your tea. The ambience is very elegant and serene. And WiFi is pretty good.
