However, I've given a lower rating because I often notice a lack of experienced staff to manage the dining area, particularly when it comes to disruptive customers and aggressive panhandlers. While I personally don't mind if people take an empty table to escape the cold, I feel for those who are bothered by individuals coming up to them for spare change. There have been occasions when I've seen guests struggling with cleanliness issues, and it's concerning. Overall, I find the atmosphere can be challenging at times, especially during my visits when disturbances make it hard to concentrate. This place is ridiculous! They must not have very high standards when they hire their people! Instead of taking my order the girl just stared at me. Can't even say they were busy because I was the only one in there and there were 5 workers behind the counter, 2 of which were making milkshakes back to back for who knows who because there were no customers in the drive thru either. Very disappointed I had to take my business elsewhere.
