This is a combined establishment: Baskin-Robbins and Dunkin' Donuts. We stopped by for some ice cream but were disappointed to find they had no sugar cones available. They suggested putting the ice cream in a cup instead, but then charged extra for that. I would have preferred a smaller scoop if it meant I could have had a cone. The staff put all of our scoops into one cup without realizing we had ordered for different people, and then they handed us the scoops without any spoons! When we asked for spoons, they had to go get them, which felt unprofessional. Our experience was quite disappointing. We brought our granddaughter in for some ice cream, but the two employees were focused solely on the drive-thru customers. They repeatedly assured us they would assist us soon, yet we were the only ones in the store at that time. After waiting for fifteen minutes, they still prioritized a drive-thru customer who had arrived ten minutes after us. Eventually, one of the employees helped another customer who had been there for five minutes. The other employee finally turned to assist us, but then ignored us to tend to a new car that pulled up. Frustrated, we decided to leave and go to Dairy Cream instead.
If i could leave negative stars I would. This place is a joke. Had hardly any ice creams, no cones, then when I asked for spoons the guy working stuck his finger up for a 1 minute and then never got me spoons. Then I asked again and they gave me the sampler spoons that are tiny!!! My first ice cream tasted like the freezer. When I told them I wanted something different the girl said oh.. ummm. .. like come on people. Disgusting. Won't be coming back. My kids were excited to try it cause it's supposed to be fancy .. but really it sucked. Didn't even toppings out
Out of 32 available spaces for ice cream they had 7 flavors to choose and they were bottom of the barrel flavors as you can imagine.Ordered a milkshake but they blended the ice cream with ice cubes. It tasted like milk water with a drop of flavoring. Are you supposed to blend it with ice or is this a money-saving tactic? If it is, it didn 't work because 1/3 of what was blended was extra and just thrown down the drain. Use milk in your milkshake y 'all, what the heck.

We ordered a cake a week in advance, called the day before pickup to confirm and went in the next day to pick it up and they said the baker had a family emergency and could not complete the order. How come they didn’t tell us that days before pickup?? It was ordered for a birthday party. Too late to make other special arrangements!! Absolutely unprofessional. Will not use them for anything ever again!
Worst milkshakes I have ever had. Not sure you can screw a chocolate milk shake more than this location did. They should close their doors on a fail this big. The other person I also bought one for took on sip and threw it away. After spending $14 buck I tried to consume mine and got sick half way thru. Yuck
Worst place in every aspect. Service, quality, quantity, just everything was horrible. I would be embarrassed to own or manage a place like this. Idk how a location can turn going out for ice cream into a horrible experience, but this place sure did.
Milkshakes are terrible, tasted like slushie water. One sip and in the trash waste of 7 bucks.
