I've been visiting this restaurant for 25 years, and the customer service is always excellent, thanks to the owner and staff. They hire local young people and provide them with great training to ensure friendly and professional service. One time, I inquired about my favorite ice cream flavor, rum raisin, which wasn’t available at the moment. The owner went to the back and scooped some just for me! I absolutely love their sunflowers, especially paired with the rum raisin ice cream, and I also enjoy their vanilla malt shakes. These items are hard to find elsewhere, so I’m really glad to have this place in my neighborhood!

This Baskin Robbins location is quite convenient in the area. The staff is mostly made up of younger students or recent graduates, and they do a good job assisting customers, although the service can occasionally be lacking. Indoor seating is limited due to social distancing regulations, but there are a few tables outside. The ice cream is delicious, though a bit pricey, which seems to be the standard these days. After doing some shopping at Whole Foods in the summer, any leftover funds from the paycheck will likely go towards ice cream for the kids! Parking in this shopping area can be a bit challenging.

Your customer service is truly outstanding. The staff are incredibly friendly. I once placed an online order but was delayed at work. Although they usually close at 10:00 PM, I received a call letting me know they were waiting for me. I arrived at 10:30, and it was the owner who had waited for me for 30 minutes. That's truly exceptional service. Thank you!

Very big clean store and great variety with cakes. Has the biggest selection of flavors I've seen and they do photo cakes too! Offer allergy free cakes and gluten free as well. Réservez une table maintenant

This is a great ice cream place! I very often go there to enjoy one of the many flavors of ice cream that they have. The staff are very helpful and nice!
