The staff at this restaurant is friendly, helpful, and nice, which is why it gets 2 stars. However, I will not be returning. They are not generous with their ice cream scoops. I have visited three other locations and have never received a triple scoop that didn't go over the rim. When I asked the worker about the difference in scoop sizes, I was disappointed by their response. Although I wanted to leave, I decided to stay at this location because it was my second choice and I was worried another store would be out of what my kids wanted. The restaurant exceeded my expectations based on the reviews I had read beforehand. It is clean and the staff are friendly. The owner, who appears to be Arab, provides great service and is frequently present at the restaurant. He is an excellent communicator and conversationalist. I highly recommend this location over others.

I am giving this restaurant 2 stars due to the poor attitude of one of the staff members. When we placed an order, an item was missing. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, the staff member argued with us and accused the driver of tampering with the bag.

Family Tuesday night on has been going on for over a year except for tonight. Was not informed while ordering that this store no longer participated in Family Night on Tuesday nights. They just lost a loyal customer. Réservez une table maintenant

This is a fantastic spot to grab some delicious ice cream. The staff greeted me with a friendly smile and provided excellent service. I highly recommend this place. Thank you to the team at Baskin-Robbins!

They gave me and my friend cone that wasn't fully cook on the bottom.Then very little options of ice cream I don't really recommend it.

I did not get any text telling me anything and when it was delivered I didn't even know Ice cream melts duh. Very poor service tonight
