However, during my recent visit, I began to question if something more deceitful was afoot. I ordered a kids scoop for my son, which was listed on the menu for $3.49. When the worker went to retrieve the cup, they claimed that they no longer offered kids scoop sizes at this location, contrary to what was displayed on the menu. I inquired if this policy was implemented nationwide by Baskin-Robbins, but was told it was a decision made solely by the owner of this particular store. I simply wanted to surprise my fiancé with a banana split for her birthday, but instead, I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. This was our first time at this location, so I’m not sure what their norm is here. Yet, when visiting other Baskin Robbins locations, we haven’t gotten ice cream that was like soft serve ice cream. The staff were nice. It’s conveniently located in Bayside near two hotels.

The restaurant was bustling, and it took a bit of time for us to receive our ice cream, but it was worth the wait. The establishment was clean and the staff was friendly.
