The Baskin Robbins employees here are terrible. They constantly have attitudes when you come in after 8pm. They close an hour earlier then the signs on the door says on random nights. Constantly runs out of popular flavors and you can see that the ice cream sometimes melt and refreezes. Customer service isn't great at all.
I usually use DoorDash to order food, but today I decided to try a banana split. Unfortunately, when it arrived, it was missing the banana, cream that I didn't request, cherry, and marshmallow.
I went today at 9:50pm and they refused to serve. The closing time was 10pm. The owner should know that employees are not treating their customers with care.
