if I couldn't give a star at all. not only that they look spoiled and strange, but they also had a completely different taste then I asked. I wanted to let this mistake go and only bring them to their attention, but they were over rude and disrespectable, went quietly and spoke to a worker about this problem and during this moment comes another worker (jessica) in and belling in this conversation told me that she was making this cake and that she was not going to take anything because she was talking to her manager and nothing will be done to her because she was thinking that was not the worst part. I called and they agreed with me that this employee was no longer in the position. a few moments after I got another call, but this time from the manager, this manager (david) was even worse than the rude fellow worker I spoke to first. from the moment I took up the call he started screaming and talking to me very sick. I was even ready to bring back the cake because it was practically intact, no one ate it. I'll never buy from here again. they give beyond the terrible service. this cake was for my little sister birthday and I feel terrible because it is not the flavor at all not only I am mad at her, but annoyed over all because I feel like the cake ruins her day as she absolutely hated the aroma.

I put an order for an eggcake before 2 weeks. it should be ready until 12 o'clock. had to load in to pick it up, and was told that I had to wait 2 more hours because it was not ready! so unprofessional and irresponsible. do not recommend this place! I'd rather order a walmart eggcake for half the price! I was charged $39.99 for a big cake to feed 10-12 people. that I have! a small cake that costs $21.99 that feeds 2-4 people!
