If I could give this place one star, I would. We ordered a special ice cream cake for our son's graduation to be picked up today at noon. The store is supposed to open at 11 and when my wife arrived at noon the place was closed. She waited 45 minutes for someone to show up and open the shop and eventually left with no cake. In that 45 minutes, she watched many other people show up and leave frustrated as well. No one answered the phone and there is no way to reach anyone which is even more frustrating. If the store was going to be open later, it would have been nice to have a heads up because now we have no cake for graduation tonight. Not to mention, we wasted a ton of money on a cake we ca...
The ice cream here definitely tastes better than supermarket varieties, and the overall experience was enjoyable. The service was quick, and it felt nice to sit down and enjoy ice cream like you would in a restaurant. With it being quite cold outside, the warm atmosphere inside was just right for sharing a treat with friends.
We arrived on a Friday night just after 9:00, and I was pleasantly surprised at how busy it was for Pleasanton on a colder night. The staff was very nice, welcoming, and friendly! I can only imagine how much busier it will get during the hot summer days!
Love stopping in for some ice cream, I work around the corner and this place is a nice treat! The owners are amazing people, this location is always clean , staff is supper friendly and prices are extremely reasonable. I love all the flavor options, milk shakes, sundays and toppings. World Class Chocolate Rocky Road are my favorite!
They were closed when we visited today, but someone was incredibly kind and allowed us to buy some ice. My son had surgery today and was really craving it! They even offered us a taste of eggnog. Thank you so much! We truly appreciate such excellent service!

The restaurant needs to update its hours. It says it closes at 10:30, but by 10:00, it was dark and appeared to have been closed for some time. It's frustrating that a simple update could prevent customers from wasting time driving to a closed establishment.
Always a delight! The taste of the cotton candy was outstanding—definitely a must-try! The flavors are consistently innovative and delicious! We came here with five children, and it was a fantastic way to wrap up a wonderful meal!
This restaurant is fantastic for children, and I can't help but smile when I see the delicious ice cream. Oh, and the mocha freeze is absolutely delightful!
Quite pricey for the size portions, but the flavors are good. There is space to sit inside and outside. The staff members are nice.
