I preordered and paid for a birthday cake days in advance, but when I arrived two hours after the scheduled pickup time, the cake wasn’t ready. There was no manager or assistant manager on-site, and the customer service line only had a recorded message directing me to email them. To make matters worse, although the employee at the counter texted both the manager and assistant manager right in front of me, I didn’t get a call from the manager until the next day.
