Went through drive thru and a young lady came through and was laughing. I told her my first ice coffee order which I asked for 3 pumps of French vanilla and she repeats back ok 2 pumps. I told her no, 3. I tell her the second ice coffee order. I tell her 4pumps of mocha and repeats 2 pumps of mocha. I said no and had to repeat it again. She laughs and sends us to the window to pay.We asked the girl who took the payment who was taking the orders through drive thru and she refused to give us the girls nameand said she didn 't know. Yeah right. Both ice coffee orders are not even correct!! Which shouldn 't be a surprise cause ithappens quite frequently. Apparently, their all dumb there and don...

I placed an order and got up there that was fine but once I got at the window bunch of these girls were laughing and goofing around and when I got my ice cream she waited by the window and when I pulled away she screamed out loud on purpose scaringmyself and my kid Who cried the whole way home! Not Happy I called the place right away to talk to a manager but these girlsanswer the phone and they said that there?s no manager on site so I?ll be calling back tomorrow!

I wish I could give this place no stars. My experience began with a long wait in line, and the drive-thru attendant was incredibly rude. He was short-tempered and unhelpful, failing to provide me with the total for my order. I had to ask him what was happening, and his reply was equally brusque. He never apologized or offered any explanation in a calm way; he remained curt and dismissive throughout. I will definitely not be returning.

I?m so tired of going to these Dunkin? Donuts and the insides being closed because they?re too lazy or don?t have enough workers to open up the inside! Again this one was closed one of the busiest ones on the inside for no reason! Dunkin? Donuts you?reabout to lose my business altogether. I don?t know who you have running these places but they love to shut the insides down forno reason at all it?s pathetic Réservez une table maintenant

I did not receive good customer service during my visit. I ordered a dozen donuts with various flavors but only received four different ones in the box. I also ordered an egg and cheese wake-up wrap and ended up with one that had meat in it. When I asked to have it corrected, the staff gave me an attitude.

The staff at this restaurant are cheerful and friendly, consistently striving to fulfill orders quickly. I think it would be helpful for them to have additional staff to assist during the morning rush, as it can be overwhelming for just one person to manage everything, especially in today's environment.

The staff is consistently friendly. On one visit, there was just one employee managing everything, and despite being busy, she maintained a great attitude. The regular guy who works there is also very pleasant. Additionally, the restaurant is always clean whenever I visit.

From the moment you arrive, the service is prompt and the staff is exceptional. The coffee quality meets my expectations for Dunkin', and considering the price, it's hard to find a better value. The doughnuts are typically very fresh, too. Réservez une table maintenant

My friend's order was messed up, and the interior was under renovation. I wouldn't recommend this place—look for a better option instead.
