I had a frustrating experience with my order through DoorDash. Initially, there was a mistake, but I got a refund and decided to place the order again. However, my DoorDash driver ended up waiting for over half an hour without any communication from the restaurant. When they finally addressed him, they were rude and claimed they had already sent the order, which they hadn’t. If they did, it went to the wrong person. It was just some wake-up wraps and apple juice, but I’m dealing with COVID and relying on DoorDash to get my meals since I can't go out. I really feel bad for the driver who lost out on earnings because of their inefficiency. This whole experience really spoiled my day. Additiona...

incredible experience today. I went through the drive-thru ordered and paid, and then I was given the wrong item. I then go back through the drive-thru again to tell them they gave me the wrong item and they told me they gave me this because myrequested item is not in stock. I then requested a refund and they told me SORRY NO REFUNDS!!! HAHAH WHAT? You gave me thewrong item and then no refund???? I always have a horrible experience at this establishment. STAY AWAY!

I was frustrated when they tried to charge me $2 more for a cake than what was labeled on the box. They had the nerve to say that the price had just gone up and that the cake had been sitting on the shelf for a while. The service was dreadful, and I won't be returning. The staff doesn't seem to know how to treat their customers properly.
