Worst customer service!!! Never going there again I don't even wanna give 1 star. We were 5 friends went in at 9:30 pm to get ice cream, the lady working there was very Rude, we ordered ice cream she SLAMMED the ice cream door after packing the scoop. If you people don't wanna serve the ice cream until 10:00 pm why do you even open the store, just close the store and change the timings of the store!!! Must be new management. Have been patron to this location over 20 years. Recent changes have caused service, product to suffer. Ordered medium original cappuccino blast approx $7.00. After leaving store realized Server, did not know the recipe. Accepted prep, walked out to car. When tasted, cappuccino coffee not present. I did see prep; ice cream; milk; ice but no coffee. Went back in, asked if coffee was in mix, preparer asked if I could taste coffee? Even with jomoca flavored ice cream, consistency was watery, not typical smoothie texture. Offered me regular $1.50 coffee; would not taste, test or look at blast; nor to prep another. Didn't offer to return money or products equal $7.00 cost...
Amazing place to watch the sunset over Arbutus! Mad I haven’t checked this place out sooner. Lots of options, wish there were some homemade flavors but with all the choices everyone is bound to be happy with a trip to the Ice Cream Cottage , I highly recommend Baskin-Robbins .
After a long day of hard work and studying all I wanted was ice cream. Guess what? It was 10:48 and the doors were locked, I could have cried right there but no guess I will have to give my money to a competitor. A life long B&R fan was disappointed tonight. Do better.

Placed a mobile order and when I got there they said they did not have it. My phone number was on the receipt. They could have called me to. Let me know. They also said they were unable to cancel the order and I had to do it online.
Horrible horrible customer service. Lady was so rude. Yelled at my husband and I for adding toppings. I will never go this establishment again. And I encourage others to not patronize a business with such lousy customer service.
Employee of the store was rude, I went at 10:40pm on Thursday as store hours online are till 11:00pm. The employee said store closes at 10:45pm. The door has store hours till 11:00pm.
What kind of ice cream places tell you to order online then tell you they don't sell sundaes today and get snarky about it. Never going back.
