Been coming to this Baskin Robbins forever but tonight when I brought my kids to get us ice cream Sundaes for a movie night I got the worst customer service ever. It took the kid 15 minutes just to take down the order and then when I pulled up to thewindow to pay the girl who came to the window didn?t even so much as say hello or offer a smile. When I got home the twoSundays were wrong (missing syrup) And when I tried to call to ask them to remake them no one answered the phone.
The restaurant had a somewhat limited selection of flavors, which I understand may have been due to the busy weekend crowd. However, I would have expected better preparations for peak times. On a positive note, the girl behind the counter was very friendly and did an excellent job.
Arrived at this location at 10:15pm and received an attitude from an employee telling me they were closed when the posted time is 11pm
The staff may have their quirks, but the food is what truly counts, and it's outstanding here. This place is definitely a winner! Réservez une table maintenant
