Do not bother going to this location after 8pm. The 2 guys that work there do not want to be there and refuse to serve you anything other than a scoop of ice cream. If you ask for a milkshake you won 't get one. I have been told milkshakes aren 't served after 8:30pm, I 've been told we don 't make them at all because customers complain they melt too fast and they don 't want to deal with it, they don 't want to clean the blender, and most recently they said the manager told them don 't make milkshakes because they don 't make a profit from them. The Google hours say they close at 12am (it 's on a college campus) and the door says they close at 10/11pm. It 's a crapshoot if they are open for...

I had a truly terrible experience at this restaurant. They consistently get orders wrong and take an incredibly long time to even take your order. I ordered something very simple, but they forgot what I had requested at the window and ended up giving me the wrong items. I had to go back inside to inform them that the waffle cone tasted really stale, but the staff didn’t seem to care at all. I will definitely not be returning!

I ordered 2 quarts from them last night through DoorDash. They held my order over 45 minutes and when it arrived, it was not what I ordered. I called and it went to MAGIC JACK voicemail. I drove over and they actually closed on me 30 minutes beforetheir time. Last time I order from this location. They now cheat their customers
I arrived at 9:30 PM tonight to get some ice cream, and the staff closed the door right as they saw my car pull up. They locked the door in my face, even though their hours online indicate they're open until 10 PM. It felt like they completely ignored me at the door.
The quality of service varies with different staff members coming and going, but it's never been below average—even after a decade of frequent visits. Coming from the NY/NJ area, I'm genuinely surprised by how much I enjoy their bagels!
Hands down the worst Baskin and Robbins. They don’t have anything, including ice cream smh. How or why they are open is a mystery. Don’t waste your time going there. Kindly go to the location down the street near Stevenson University.

They would not make two milkshakes 15 minutes before the stated closing hours because the had already washed the blender. I guess the allotment of dishwashing soap was used for the day. Ridiculous!
Good visit in May 2022. Quiet, but friendly and courteous service. Have loved it since i worked in a store back in the day...
