I was particularly let down when I asked them to make me a sundae, only to be told, "These come pre-packaged; we don't make them here," which is simply not true.
Honestly, you would be better off getting Ben & Jerry’s ice cream than visiting this location. I've attached a photo from this Brantford store alongside one from Hamilton, and the difference is striking. It seems like the owner is more interested in capitalizing on the franchise than providing quality products.

Upon entering, you're greeted by the delightful aroma of freshly made waffle cones, and the staff acknowledges you right away. Although there can be long lines during the summer, they move quickly since the ice cream is already prepared and all the employees need to do is scoop it into a cup or cone. You can request any flavor for a milkshake, but be prepared for a wait of about two minutes. Overall, a very enjoyable experience.
We rarely visit this location, even though we live in Brantford. The owners seem to charge the highest prices allowed by the franchise, yet they are quite stingy with portion sizes. Their sale prices on the 31st are actually the same as the regular prices at other locations. It's a shame because we really love the product.
The ice cream here is fantastic! It's amazing that I still find myself craving ice cream even in the winter. There are many different flavors to choose from. The staff is excellent and provided quick service; I was assisted right away. I also noticed a beautifully decorated snowman cake, which was really impressive!

Baskin Robbins, I now remember why I didn ' 't like this place, I was going to go to Dairy Delight but the line up was a little long so went to BR instead. I ordered 3 scoops in a cup, I got the equivalent of 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 scoops for $10.95, what a joke August 11 5:30 pm 2023, never again.
I’ve had these renowned desserts before, but this was my first visit to the shop. The place is clean and spacious. A friendly server assisted me right away and helped me choose the perfect dessert for our group size. Excellent food, along with friendly and efficient service. Two thumbs up!
Baskin-Robbins is a treasure in the realm of frozen treats. The blend of delicious flavors, exceptional service, and a friendly atmosphere makes it a must-visit for anyone who loves ice cream. I will certainly be back to try more of their enticing selections.
