Great experience. I had a special request and both Jillian and Katrina didn't hesitate to accommodate. They cheerfully went to work packing my request and I was on my way.Background: My favorite flavor is mocha almond fudge which, thankfully, is usually available pre-packaged in quarts in the freezer. However, I've bought stale ice cream on more than one occasion that had soggy almonds. No bueno. So my special request was to have a fresh quart made from the bulk ice cream in the front counter and I got fresh, crunchy almonds. Management, you may want to look into this issue. It has stopped me from buying at BR as often because I just never know what I'm going to get. Best regards, Charlie B

ava did wonderful!!! she slayed. wonderful customer service, very personable, and very helpful with product knowledge (knowing 2 pints is cheaper than buying them separately) thanks queen!!

Went with my family and had a great time! David Shaw gave me ice cream recommendations and was so nice to my kids. Will definitely come back- great environment.

Be aware that this store does not stay open until the time posted on the web. That's ok, they lost my business. Went to Handel's instead.
