I am a glutton for punishment for returning here, more than one time but it is a convenient stop for ice cream in between my boyfriend’s house and mine. However, this is the absolutely worst Baskin Robbins I have ever been to. The first time I stopped, I attempted to order at least 5 different sundae options off the menu right in front of me in the drive through, and they were out of everything I chose, from ice cream, to ice cream toppings. Finally, after having the guy list what they DID have, I was able to come up with something, but the guy felt so bad, he gave me the ice cream for free. This place is a mess! The manager clearly isn’t adhering to the standards of a Baskin Robbins franchise. Every time I visit, they seem to be out of something. The last time I ordered a hot fudge sundae, they had no hot fudge and instead offered some cheap chocolate syrup. If I’m ordering a fudge sundae, I expect hot fudge, not syrup! The manager really needs to get her act together. It seems like she’s cutting corners with supplies for this Baskin Robbins, and honestly, she shouldn’t be running this business. Worst customer service I wasted 10 minutes for stones attention nobody greeted me I was standing there very disorganized kids with her phones while working and he looked high what a disappointment I work in the food industry and I was a manager at a tacobell I would have died ahmmedd on the spot
I will never order from the place again. I ordered a two scoop strawberry sundae and I got zero strawberries. My “sundae” had two scoops of ice cream, a splash of strawberry juice (with no strawberries), and very little nuts. I’m pregnant and I was excited for my sundae this really upset me.

I paid 6 dollars for a layered sundae , they put 3 SMALL scoops in it , hardly any fudge at all. And that’s basically it . And on top of that I waited a pretty long time , around 4 min for them to make it .. 100% not worth it at all, just go buy a bucket of ice cream at store !!!
The service was terrible, and they consistently mess up our orders. The wait times are excessive, and I wouldn't recommend ordering the banana split. When I asked for “everything,” they only added sprinkles, gummy bears, and a tiny bit of chocolate syrup.
If I could give this place zero stars, I definitely would. The staff was rude, the food was awful and tasted stale, and the ice cream had no flavor at all. They also refuse to accommodate anything listed on their menu.
