Baskin-robbins - Réservation de table

Disgusting, dirty, unsanitary. They don’t use gloves when handling food and use the same hands to handle money. All the the things they have are I fresh and old. When ordering ice cream from there the sprinkles look and taste disgusting and the gummy bears are rock hard. It’s been the same for the past 5 years. There has never been a moment when the toppings have been fresh. Chances are it probably hasn’t been changed at all since the past five years. To add, the bathrooms are absolutely disgusting it’s like they haven’t been cleaned in years. Came here late in the evening around 730p. Nobody here, and the parking lot was literally empty. There's 1 employee covering the front and the drive thru. I got the 3 scoop sundae. The sundae itself was decent. The clerk seemed like she had a long day and wanted to go home. She wasn't mean, though. The cones looked stake as heck. The establishment could use some care though. The inside stickers and decals were peeling and were put on pretty bad (wrinkled and sloppy looking). Even the outside storefront name wasn't lit up.

This location is a combo DD and Baskin Robbins. Pull up, and the outside of the building is not well maintained. The inside of the building looks outdated as well. Signage, some broken shelving, etc. Hours posted also had 24 hours but also different hours so not exactly sure what/if they close. It appeared that one staff member was working both inside and drive thru. Ice cream was good, and they had flavors I wanted.

$6.99 for a small cappuccino blast? Nah. The national retail price for this as of July 2022 is $4.69, they charged me $6.99! I should have refused to pay it but I already had the drink in my hand and my mind Was already drinking it. Be aware. Find the next BR. Réservez une table maintenant

The small chocolate shake that cost $7 was like whipped whole milk. It was basically just runny liquid that was filled with air bubbles. It was so bad, I'm not sure if they even used ice cream. Definitely not worth the price, especially for a small

As soon as we walked in the guy at the counter said ‘can you guys order fast I need to close in 10 minutes.’ He was rude and very hard pressed to give us a hard time. Not cool.
