Alexia which I think is the manager not sure is very rude! I've come in three times and had a bad experience every time! First time she was very rude and didn't seem like she wanted to take my order. Second time she's allowing me to order while scrolling through Facebook not even looking at me. All the other women seem to be very nice but this lady here doesn't seem to want to be here.
They now charge an additional fifty cents for a small cone, which is unheard of! It's like charging for the tortilla when you order a taco. The amount of ice cream you get really depends on who is serving it. The service is quick, but they seem to have a high turnover of staff—most of them are young and still learning the ropes. However, the ice cream is consistently good.
I ordered a cake on Monday to pick up today for my husband's birthday and when I called today to see if it was ready they said they forgot to actually place the order. The woman who helped me was nice but honestly they didn't seem to care. An apology would have helped but nope. This place stinks.

We had four different cones and every single one was stale. Had to get spoons so we didn't have to eat the cone. Very disappointing.
