Staff at Baskin Robin's was extremely rude. I was told one thing and then rang up nearly double of what I was told. When I pointed it out, I was told, by the worker that's not what I said. I said yes it is what u said. She then said well turning her back to me and walking away, in a very quick/short tone/manner, sorry. While at the same time waving her hand in the air as though whatever I don't care. Very rude and not a good example to someone traveling through the town. I will not be back.P.S.after calling and reporting it to the manger/supervisor I was simple told sorry and i will pass this one, with no offer to make it right in any way. Even though my hotel is a 10 second walk to the stor...
If I could leave zero stars I would. We went in for ice cream and waited there for over 5 min without any acknowledgement at all. The girls both looked right at us and said nothing just kept working the drive thru. We should have listened to the 2.9 google review and skipped this place all together.
