I've been visiting this Dunkin' location for over three years without any issues—until today. I decided to switch things up and use some of my DD reward points for a Mocha Latte. When I received my order, the male cashier struggled to scan my phone multiple times and eventually told me to wait while he called his manager. After waiting for over 10 minutes, I took a sip of my drink and realized he had given me the wrong order. When I pointed out his mistake, he responded with an attitude, insisting that I had ordered a peppermint mocha, which I did not. After a few more minutes of him trying to sort out the issue, I politely placed the drink on the takeout window and left.

If you guys think the Baskin-Robbins is bad. The Dunkin' Donuts in this place is just as horrible. I ordered an iced coffee light and sweet and after waiting longer than normal I got a dark coffee with barely any sugar. I asked the guy to put more cream and he deliberately dumped all of the ice out to just add cream in exaggeration. I didn't ask for no ice. So rude and they don't even care about actually doing their jobs properly. The guy in front of me waiting in line was also waiting for what seemed longer than five minutes. Went in to get milkshakes for me and the family.. the girl behind the counter proceeds to tell us that they can't make the shakes because the blenders are being washed. Absolutely unacceptable.. if that were my place I'd fire her in a second. We traveled a long way and when we saw the place we all wanted something sweet after being in a car for so long. What a freakin disgrace... I was livid I couldn't calm down for more 15 minutes and I hate feeling that way. This generation of youth do not know the value of service. If you don't want to do the job.. leave.
I got a Cookie cream milkshake! He tells me that it's no more cookie cream when I'm looking right at it. He like that's Oreo cookie cream I'm like duhhh yeah that's what I want! Then he goes to make it added ICE ! I always get milkshakes they never added ice so now I'm drinking a NASTY icy milkshake never again!

They was very nice, professional and very quick. It only took about 5 mins to get out drink and they was great. They messed up one of our drink but fixed it immediately without any issues. They was finish remaking it before we even left the counter. I really appreciate there service and will be back.
I paid $8 for this! I ordered a triple scoop of ice cream, but this is clearly not a triple scoop. It seems like they used a kids' scoop for my cup, and it wasn't even filled to the top. It's disappointing to feel cheated like this!

They only hire teenagers, which allows them to pay the minimum wage, and unfortunately, these young workers are often not focused on providing good customer service.

They do not have basic flavors and the employees from the start they greet you with rudeness.
