I have been going to this Baskin Robbins /Dunkin doughnuts for a long time. I order the same iced latte every time I go and often get ice cream for my son as well, I ordered my normal drink with cream instead of milk and the young woman who was helping me gave me milk. Politely I asked her to please change it to cream and out of nowhere this manager possibly owner came out and started to yell at me saying they won 't use cream and continued to berate me as I tried to explain calmly that I come there almost everyday and using cream had never been a problem. The workers closed place at 9:45pm. The sign says 10:00pm. The worker when I knocked ran away so I could not take a picture of them. Owner of franchise, if you care to address this customer service issue and make it right, leave your name and number in reply. I am running into more workers trying to cheat their employers by closing 10-30 minutes early.
I placed an order on Uber eats, I was called and informed BR didnt have any of the flavors selected. They were asking Uber driver to cancel the order because they didnt want to take responsibility. After numerous attempts I was sent Chocolate and Strawberry. The only 2 flavors available. Terrible customer service. Terrible, terrible, terrible.
