Baskin-robbins - Réservation de table

Hi there : ! My family and I came in both nights Saturday 12/9 and Sunday 12/10 to celebrate and unfortunately were provided with two different forms of customer service.Firstly; let me start with SUNDAY NIGHT of 12/10/23 the 2 girls one curly red head and one with air pods running the store clearly don't know how to manage a business. NOTHING was stocked up cups, spoons, toppings, even the ice cream was extremely low I had to chose a different flavor . The store was extremely dirty walking in sprinkles and leaving with ur feet all sticky. Not only that, but they were efficiently slow when taking customers. I visited the store today (23- Oct) at 8:38 pm. The employees closed the store and were wrapping up for the day. The store as per the store hours was supposed to be open till 9 pm as per the hours displayed at the store. I saw 2 employees working inside. I tried to ask them from outside why the store is closed, they did not paid attention and did not respond, they seem to be arguing amongst themselves. I could not pick birthday cake for my wife. Because it was 8:40 pm already, all other bakery stores were closed. I returned home without a cake. Why have they closed the store before closing hours? How can I escalate this?

Let's step it UP Basken Robin's. It's been years but this hot day I was driving by and ice cream was a welcomed treat. Though I am not a big fan of hard ice cream, this stuff was melting and soft like a I had to be in a race to eat it. If I did not eat super fast I'd have soup for ice cream. Please do something about the Quality control or you will close. This generation wants quality with service and a good price...make it such and it's a win win. Maybe time to close up shop or come to 2020. Better choices for health conscious peeps too, would help.

11/1/23 OUTSTANDING service! Store is kept extremely clean and provides great customer service. I had stopped by around 8:58PM and decided with the classic RockyRoad, which never misses the spot. Kid-friendliness: The staff were patient and well mannered in multiple ways considering they look like teenagers.. LOL Réservez une table maintenant

This Baskin Robbins location continuously gives one scoop of ice cream when two are paid for via DoorDash. In addition, special instructions are constantly disregarded or never read at all. It appears this location may be trying to save money by shorting serving sizes.

Great customer service and care. Faith made sure to safely prepare our food by wearing gloves. She easily understood our orders and made them well. I will definitely make this Baskin Robbins my new go-to place.

the worst shake i've ever had. flavorless, watery, and just plain terrible. Horrible customer service- combative employees. I would rather go ANYWHERE ELSE. do better baskin-robbins.
