The service was extremely rude and disrespectful. I tried calling because I encountered problems with my online order, and the person who answered my call didn’t provide any helpful information about whether the online system was functioning. All she said was, "I don't know, just try it and figure it out." We were looking to place a large order for our business, but after this experience, we definitely won't be giving our business to them. Very disappointing.
The ice cream here is fantastic—better in taste and more than half the price of Graeter's. Although the staff may not be the friendliest, they don't make a fuss about COVID restrictions and actually allow you to sample the flavors. I'm really glad this place is still operating; it's straightforward and hassle-free, and it's my go-to choice every time!
I've tried to support this BR location when competitors moved in across the street, but the service is lousy, prices have been jacked up to mirror Graeter's pricing and the portions have dwindled. Hard to support this place any longer. The owner needs to wise up before he loses more loyal customers.
Year after year, my cake orders have been incorrect. The manager never adjusts the price or offers to make things right. I receive half-hearted apologies, but it’s clear she doesn’t care. I won’t be returning and strongly suggest you take your business elsewhere. Réservez une table maintenant
I feel like Im in the Twighlight Zone. How can trying to buy an ice cream cake for be so painful? Being gaslighted at an ice creamery definitely reflects the current state of affairs of the world today. I weep for us.
Annoying and rude. Milkshake was incredibly liquid-y and refused to put topping on untouched ice cream that they had scooped and placed on counter. Will not be returning
The ice cream here is fantastic—even better than Yogen Fruz in the long run. However, do we really need three ice cream shops at the same corner?
