Baskin-robbins - Réservation de table

Let me start by saying, what WOULD 'VE been a 1/2 star Review, but actually turned out to be a 5 Star Review.(WAIT ... FOR ... IT) My wife and I stopped by this location with our kids (2 teens) a little after 8pm, on a Sunday night. We went in, and STRIKE ONE, they didn 't have any Orange, of anything, so our daughter opted out of any other flavor. My son got his chocolate-mint, (Okay) and my wife got a pint of Strawberry-cheesecake ice cream. After driving away, my wife opened her pint and STRIKE TWO, about 1/5 was missing off the top. She thought, hmmm, maybe it was a factory mishap. But then STRIKE THREE, there was Freezer burn over the top, and the rest was like a brick. (WAIT ... FOR .....

The restaurant was quite disappointing. I visited to grab some ice cream, but I found the tubs to be haphazardly arranged in the freezer. Two of them seemed like they had just been tossed back in, and many were nearly empty. Additionally, there were no labels on the tubs, so I couldn't even tell what flavors were available. The front glass of the ice cream display was dirty and covered in fingerprints. Given that the store was mostly empty, it would have taken very little effort to clean the surfaces.

I had the worst experience with customer service at this restaurant. I waited in line for five minutes without even being greeted. When someone finally attended to me, I was told to wait a few more minutes for the manager, who never showed up, so I ended up leaving. To top it off, the place was filthy—there was a dirty napkin in the ice cream, and the ice cream itself looked stale. The countertops were cluttered with trash and stains. I definitely won't be coming back; save your time and money!

Nine times out of ten, the coffee tastes like overcooked, burnt water, even if you arrive early. At this point, I've wasted well over $100 at this coffee shop because they can't seem to care enough to throw away coffee that's been sitting on the burner for way too long to be fit for drinking. Iced coffee should NEVER taste like burnt toast! Réservez une table maintenant

We have visited this Baskin Robbins four times now, and each time they have a different excuse for not making milkshakes, which feels dishonest to the customers. The service has consistently been disappointing. I wouldn't recommend this location.

The coffee tastes like water, and the food is terrible. I requested extra meat and paid for it, but they still didn’t put it on my sandwich. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

Both girls did not know how to do their job it was $1.50 scoop day and they made a fool of themselves.
