Worse customer service in London! I would avoid this place more than I would avoid the Coronavirus! Appalling staff and not a mask in site on the whole team, I guess they haven’t heard of the Virus just yet. I was told by staff to pay the bill before anything was delivered and the server would not start the Shisha until the bill was paid Hidden charges that are not displayed on the menus and you get charged £2 for the shisha pipe.I guess it’s create a demand and charge for it. Been to most shisha lounges in London and this def one of the best. Excellent value for shisha even with £2 surcharge for disposable pipe. Most lounges rip you off for premium flavours.. but not here. We only ordered tea and desert both were good. But I am only interested in shisha else I would go to a proper restaurant for food. Lounge itself was huge and clean.. service is OK considering the size and then numbers of customers. Parking again is only an issue due to popularity.. but if are come peak times .. you should be able to find a space somewhere.. even if you gave to walk a little. A MUST if like myself you love shisha and want a comfortable and relaxing environment.
We have visited this place for my husband birthday, we have loved the place but I really don’t know how to thank the staff and the owner, oh they are all amazing people. They ready made the night so special for us. We are Iranians and just to make the night special they even played Persian music. Thank you so much you guys are amazing and we will definitely come back again and will recommend you to everyone.
Messaged the Lounge to ask them whether they’re showing the AJ v Usyk fight, he replied with a No. At the same time one of my friends whose a female messaged and he replies back with a Yes and asks her to contact the lounge for reservations. Discrimination when it comes to customers (ethnicity/sex). Disgusting especially in this day and age. STAY CLEAR.

The lounge is situated in such an awkward place in an industrial area where parking is almost non-existent. First impression is that it looked and felt like an airport lounge. The seats were comfortable, service was overall efficient, food was alright, shisha wasn’t that bad either, but the prices were quite steep.
29/05/2021 It has changed from picture you see on here and Google to à football café with TV's everywhere showcasing a football match. Full of kids. White bright LED lighting, no decoration like you see in the pics. It become a coffee shop. Don't tavel for it.
If you wanna get robbed in broad daylight please make your way over to them! Food is good but not worth the price They won’t even let you leave once you go in rubbish service and rude employees not worth it. Save urself. We couldn’t. You can.
Horrible service, ordered the same drink twice and it came differently both times and was disgusting Very cheap quality food and found hair in my dynamite prawns. The shisha had to be made 3 times because of a disposable pipe being reused.

I had an awful experience. The food was not nice at all, neither the shisha, it was so overpriced and the service just was not great either. It is so hard to find as well. Please do yourself a favour and don’t go here. You will regret it.
