This is the best fish and chips shop in the city. The food is cooked fresh after you place your order, ensuring you always get the freshest fish and chips. While there may be a wait, it's definitely worth it, and you won't be disappointed. They also serve generous portions. When it comes to cleanliness and safety, the place is impeccable.
The food is beautiful, and I appreciate that everything is made fresh to order. However, I tried the hunch ktikka and chips tonight and found it nearly inedible. It's definitely not hunch ktikka; it tasted more like spaghetti bolognese without the ground meat. I'm really wishing I had ordered the chicken curry instead.
The fish and chips were excellent! The portion of cod was a generous size and of great quality—crispy without being greasy, and there were plenty of chips to go around. We also ordered for five of our friends, and they all agreed it was the best fish and chips they’ve ever had. We highly recommend this place!
Very delicious and generous portion of fish and chips. The owners provided good service and always smile while serving their customer. Some menus are ordered to cook which ensure the quality. We have now visited Batterlicious several times, they are the best chippy we have ever been to, we now plan our visits to Herefordshire to coincide with their opening hours. The couple who run ii are lovely and friendly. See you Sunday evening
