1 loved this place, until today. We ordered $40 Worth of food for five people and every order was wrong in some way. Three chicken sandwiches that were either missing condiments or put on the wrong sandwich. (Can 't just take it off and switch when you are allergic). The hot dog we ordered for our youngest, you could hardly cut with a fork. It was so tough and old that my son even spit it out and refused to eat. We asked for Sprite, two dr peppers and a tea with no ice. The requested tea, had ice and instead of giving us Sprite, they gave us tea. The worst part though was my three year old 's cheeseburger was RAW. We called and the manager was given the phone. His name is Larry. The only thing the larry seemed to say during this call was, okay. We explained what all was going on and said okay. Then we waited to hear what he was going to do to fix the issue. He said okay several more times, for no apparent reason and then asked, well what do you want me to do? (Really????? I am the customer, coming to you with a pretty big problem. You as a manager, should be telling me what you are going to do to fix this and make sure it doesn 't happen again). So I request for a full refund. All Larry says is okay. He asks if we will be back today and we reply with yes. Lady then hangs up on us without another word. So My husband went back to retrieve the refund and returns the raw burger, only to be told they 'd only refund for the raw burger. If we want a full refund we have to bring everything back. Here 's the deal though, I had already thrown the hotdog in the trash and made my son something else. I can take a pic of the hot dog, if you want. I had eaten my sandwich and so did my oldest daughter, because we didn 't want to travel 5-10 miles back to get our condiments corrected. My husband hadn 't touched his sandwich but again, wasn 't going to waste gas to fool with condiments missing. He sees my youngest daughter 's hamburger, after half eaten. So what exactly were we supposed to bring back? Why should we have to? The RAW hamburger you made my three year old, is merit enough to issue a full refund and then some. Very poor customer care and manage tn skills, Larry. So after trying to explain again, what was said on the phone and the severity of this situation, both parties get frustrated. The manager walks off and my husband expresses he won 't leave without the refund. Several customers hear what happened and literally leave. They then say they will call the police. Wow, because we want you to do what 's morally right? Crazy. I will be contacting our legal counsel and also the cities health inspector. Because Larry mentioned that the owner told him not to issue a full refund, I will be contacting the owner too. What a shame. I really loved this little hole in the wall place. Two years I 've come here and this happens. Had they fixed this preoblem with the least bit of compassion or concern for customer care, I wouldn 't have to write this. Truly disappointing.
