We were at the restaurant two months ago. We arrived unreservedly and fortunately there was a free table. the owner is a great professional. offered us homemade croquettes with a delicious bechamel while we waited for the food. We ask for the sagardotegui style cod scramble where the egg was at the point neither very past nor very crude and the fish soup with very good and very abundant arraintxikis. Then a risotto and txipirones also at the cooking point. We congratulate the cook, it is difficult to find homemade croquettes with a bechamel so well done.
