I have been going to this restaurant for over 20 years. They have always looked after my family upon EVERY visit. Reading the previous reviews makes me sad. It is clearly obvious that there was a careless waitress of whom was over her job/life and took it out on the customer (being the child. It is an unfortunate and isolated incident of which Is certainly NOT a regular occurance at this restaurant. If it were, this business would not be thriving. Please give this family business another chance and see past the horrible waitress that spoiled yor experience.
My go to restaurant when I’m craving some com tam bi suong Cha (combination rice/broken rice with pork chop) it really reminds me of the ones they serve in Vietnam! The pork chop is very succulent and well marinated, the piece of Cha is full of flavour and all the other accompaniments to the dish work really well together. Have yet to try the other dishes but would highly recommend this one
Bai Truong is one of the best Vietnamese restaurant so far in cabbramatta, they provide a authentic experience with their dishes and their staff. There was a lot of flavour in each dish except for spring roll which was pretty disappointed. The staff was friendly, they didn't speak English but they are kind enough to explain what the dishes were and it was busy.
Best Vietnamese food I have EVER had! : We were treated wonderfully by each and every staff member from the moment we walked in the door and they were more than happy to help with any requests that were made. This was my first time here, being recommended as a place to eat but it definitely won't be the last! :

YUM, YUM, YUMMMM! Pho was full of flavours, broth was hot, servings sizes were generous the restaurant was very clean and organised, the staff were attentive and quick. Mum found her lettuces weren’t washed but that was quickly replaced by a new batch! Definitely going to come back when I’m back in Sydney :
One of my favorite places in 2166 area. The food is very close to SGN flavor. Not many others around like it. Most places have slightly changed their recipes for the 'western ' customer. Not this place! It 's great!
Delicious food, fast service, reasonably priced.... the sea food spring rolls are to die for, as is the pho soup and the crispy chicken with sesame sauce.... a new fave restaurant!!!
Great food at low prices. 19 people at our table for a family birthday lunch. Every single person loved their meals. Fast service. Attentive service. Recommended.
