Came here on a Sunday night around 6pm, there were several other diners inside. We were seated and given copies of the menu immediately, in a brisk manner so characteristic of south East Asian restaurants. The interior was clean, basic and no-frills with hard top white table cloths and plain walls. After a few minutes, we decided on what to order. We chose the seafood spring roll, pho tai, seafood clay pot, vermicelli with pork slices, and another noodle dish with grilled chicken on the side which I don't know the name of. Vous êtes un client de ce restaurant depuis 3 ans et le service que j'ai reçu aujourd'hui a été des ordures. Aujourd'hui, ils brûlaient à la main de mon fils de 1 ans et demi qui répandit le boeuf grésillant! Après avoir abusé une fois que je me suis dit de ne pas être assis sur une petite table, demandez une table plus grande. Il n'y avait pas de remords ni d'empathie ce que jamais. Mon enfant hurlant de douleur, de rouge et de choc. Aucun membre du personnel ni le gestionnaire ait également contribué à la manière dont cette entreprise est exécutée lorsque vous n'avez pas le choix de la table, vous êtes assis.
Have been a customer of this restaurant for 3 years and the service I have received today was rubbish. Today they burnt my 1 and a half year old son's hand spilling sizzling beef! After apologizing once I get told not be seated on a small table ask for a bigger table. There was no remorse or empathy what so ever. My child screaming in pain, red faced and in shock. None of the staff or the manager assisted also the way this business is run when busy you have no choice of the table you are seated at. Réservez une table maintenant
Walked past Bau Truong tonight expecting it to be packed to the rafters, however, it was surprisingly empty. So I decided to try it. We ordered special pork chop, some soup noodles and jellyfish salad. The jelly fish salad was quite impressive. Came out looking fresh and vibrant and it was tasty. I was disappointed with the pork chip. It looked overcooked and the portion size was small.
