Sehr bodenständiges Gasthaus welches aber auch für festliche Anlässe eine entsprechende Atmosphäre bietet. Die Karte bietet Hausmannskost mit vegetarischer und veganer Alternative. Dies könnte aber moderner und vielfältiger sein. Die Qualität der Speisen ist hoch. Draußen gibt es eine kleine Kinderspielzone im zur Straße zugewandten Gastgarten. Anbei auch ein Hotel zur Übernachtung. Wir hatten dort öfters Familienfeiern und waren immer zufrieden. Vor kurzem war ich seit langem wieder dort und war sehr angetan von der freundlichen Atmosphäre.
bauernwirt has great recommendations on gluten-free in graz fb page. we visited and our zöliakie enjoyed the carving, but not as much as gas house to the linde, our favorite. We came here for dinner and I had beef it was only average quality. The side dishes were also not too exciting. However the outdoor seating is really nice in the summer. Nevertheless it seems to be one of the better Wirtshaus here in the area the other ones are even worse.
Great restaurant with lovely atmosphere both inside and outdoors. My family loved the art sketches around the restaurant.

backhendlsalat was very good taste, only the portion was quite small for 15.80 and could have been twice as large.
the suppe cost 5€, unfortunately the leberknödel was very hard and there was little suppe in the vessel.
the best backhendl wide and wide! salat is also top and as fresh as rarely where!
