Baumier à Vin - Réserver une table

Anyone rating this less than 5* is either an authentic and experienced world travelled gourmet critic with amazingly high standards or just a mon oncle or ma tante who cannot distinguish the delicacies and subtleties that Baumier offers from the Quebec pride « roteux poutine Pepsi » that they have been fed as kids and since then ruined their crossbreeding palate. Highly recommended and as exquisite as simple and relaxed. Very inventive cuisine and rare wines that can drive the total price up quickly but truly justified. Warning: not sure they serve cretons but they have beans. What’s not to like.

The young owners went to the right school. The dish including a mushroom mousse was excellent. The dessert: sweet, was divine. Attention to the small details that make the difference, e.g. toothpicks in the bathroom. The only downside: the quantity, quality/price ratio on the wine was not attractive. Natural wines are more of a marketing thing. Service: Dine in

Excellent restaurant et excellente ambiance. Nous sommes allés pour notre anniversaire de mariage et nous avons laissé la serveuse nous recommander vin et nourriture. Tout était excellent. Un gros merci à Nathalie !
