I always like to come here. the service is flott, friendly and I believe it is because they basically like to do what they do. at least I won this impression. I find the breakfast very good. you can put everything together and it is freshly prepared behind the counter. I like the coffee here too. but I prefer the cappuccino to the milk coffee. because the milk coffee is simply a huge portion - too much for me :) I also like to eat here in the evening. there is a great offer in organic quality. the caffe bauturm is beautifully decorated and has a large selection of breakfast alternatives. some broth varieties and coatings, but also jogurh, obst and müsli are offered. also vegan alternatives are available. we were satisfied with our selection consisting of coffee, juice, bread and rolls with sliced and fruit salad. However, it took longer than thought until the food came. Moreover, the food did not come completely, so we had to divorce to get everything ordered. the service was in order, neither unfriendly nor outstanding nice.

I recently spent one night in Koln alone and having rather embarrassingly Googled "hipster Koln", this little gem popped up.My barman Adrian couldn't have been friendlier. He and the other members of staff were obviously having a great time working at the bar and were kind enough to chat to me throughout the evening!Great music, super friendly staff and ace vibes.
Located on lively and trendy Aachener Strasse, Café Bauturm is famous for its organic breakfast and well-known for its design interior. Very good atmosphere, friendly and quick service. I will definitely return and can highly recommend it.
the château condamine bertrand barrique is definitely recommended. very ingenious and loving facility. the service is partly very chaotic but always nice and friendly.
