This place is fantastic! Thank you for preparing my order today. I live in Sussex County, and I really wish you would open a location here—there’s nothing like it in this area. The muffins, eclairs, cheese danishes, cookies, strawberry cake, cream puffs, chicken salad... I could keep listing more! I've loved every treat I've tried. Whenever I head north, I always make sure to stop in. I'm sharing the word and directing customers your way because when I discover something amazing, I have to spread the news. We have been coming to this bakery since we moved here 5 years ago. The baked goods are fantastic, and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. That is until yesterday, while I was ordering sandwiches my wife was looking for baked goods. Since we always choose a variety it takes her a few minutes to decide just what she wants. After our Italian baker shut down, we were incredibly fortunate to discover the Bavarian Bakery! The bread is extraordinary, the Boar’s Head deli meats and cheeses are fantastic, and the baked goods are simply divine—there’s nothing bad to say about them. The staff is outstanding! Monica was a lifesaver for me during the Christmas season, and because of that, we will always be loyal customers! We absolutely love this bakery!
My high rating is because the food and cake were excellent. However, the staff seem robotic and non social. I told the person taking my order that it was my first visit in hopes she'd kind of present sandwich suggestions, but nope! The place is tiny, so why not put up signs to tell you where to order, and place the deli menu in plain view for patrons. The lack of good customer service is my only complaint. Needs improvement! The lunch meats, breads, and desserts are fantastic! However, the customer service leaves much to be desired, primarily due to the owner. I've mostly received cold stares, and when I inquired about their cake and sandwich options, the answers were vague and rushed, which didn't help me decide what to buy. Despite this, I find that arriving early in the morning allows me to pick up something delicious before it sells out.
I ordered a half sheet cake and a large sandwich platter for my daughter’s confirmation party. I trusted the reviews of my coworkers...and I was NOT disappointed! Everyone loved the sandwiches and the half vanilla/half chocolate cake with buttercream icing was so moist and delicious!!! It was decorated exactly as I wanted.. just beautiful. I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! They offer a wonderful variety of pastries, breads, sandwiches, and muffins. The service during my visit was excellent. Even the office staff at Camden Medical Center agreed that the flavors and quality were superb. I'm really looking forward to trying their bagels and breakfast sandwiches! Keep up the great work! I ordered a naked cake for my daughter's sweet 16 in November 2021. The baker collaborated closely with us to choose the fillings and types of cake. On the day of the celebration, they packaged the cake beautifully for transport and helped me get it into the car. Everyone absolutely loved the naked cake! Réservez une table maintenant
Noticing lately that cakes coconut and chocolate cake) are dry and the chocolate had no taste. The coconut that I bought yesterday had almost no cake, it was frosting mostly. Had to throw them away. Please, take this as a positive feedback I want to keep buying from your bakery.
